If you have a Small to Medium Service Business and you want to get started right away...then ServiceSidekick is for you! Fully managing your customers and crews and not being dragged down in technology + setup down time/costs is a real benefit. The mobile app site they have is rock solid - with easy access from an iPhone or Blackberry or even a Netbook by our crews and estimators. Every service business should at least try ServiceSidekick (which you can do for free risk free). Once you use it you will never turn back. We have regular reoccurring monthly services in addition to adhoc service calls. Managing all the customer jobs, invoicing and the technician schedules was almost impossible before ServiceSidekick – now (just a few short few months later) we have an easy to use service management system backed by an the best support staff I have ever seen in the software industry.
Seamless QuickBooks Integration – it really does work with no problems – I was so pleasantly surprised that my QuickBooks data was imported so cleanly and daily transactions like invoicing and payments are seamlessly feed back and forth between the two programs.
