- Customer Forums are used to post questions and here back from users of the system. This is also a quick way for you to search for an answer to your question.
- Support Tickets are answered M-F 7am-5pm PST. You must have a username and password to file a support ticket. You will be able to submit tickets through your trial or paid account at http://mydomain.servicesidekick.com by clicking on the Support link in the upper right hand side of your screen.
