How can I upload a file?
Files can be uploaded to a customer record, or an estimate or job record.
- From a customer, estimate, or job record scroll down to the attachments section.
- Click on the "New" link in the "Attachments" section.
How do I edit a file?
The description of an existing file can be changed by hovering your mouse on the file name and clicking the edit link that appears. To edit the contents of the file you need to upload a new version and delete the older one.
How do I delete a file?
Hover your mouse over the file name and click on the delete link that appears.
How big of a file can I upload?
File attachments are limited to 10 MB.
How can I upload a folder of files?
Create a zip file of the folder and upload this zip file.
