What are the system requirements?

Since Service Sidekick is fully managed web-based application, there is nothing you need to download or install. All you need is a web browser. Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox, or Safari will work fine.

How will I be billed?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We we bill your credit card every 30 days and you can cancel at anytime.

Will my information be secure?

We understand that your customer and job records are crucial to your business. To ensure data security we backup all account data nightly to multiple locations. All data is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology (paying accounts only). This is the same encryption used by banks for online banking.
