How much does it cost?

ServiceSidekick is priced as a monthly subscription. There are no long-term contracts or setup fees. In fact, you can export all your data and cancel your account at any time. How does the billing work?

We bill your Visa, MasterCard or American Express each month you are subscribed to ServiceSidekick. There are no long-term contracts and you cancel your account at any time.

How secure is my data?

Very secure. We understand that your customer and job records are crucial to your business. To ensure data security we backup all account data nightly to multiple geographic locations. All data is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard 256 bit SSL (secure socket layer) technology (paying accounts only). This is the same encryption used by banks for online banking.

What are the system requirements?

Since ServiceSidekick is a fully managed web-based application, there is nothing you need to download or install. All you need is a web browser. Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox, or Safari will work fine.
