We are getting hit with huge amounts of snow here at the ServiceSidekick headquarters; local ski resorts are reporting totals of over 8 feet with more still coming down!
We are proud to say that despite the storm and snow, our servers are running at 99.99% uptime! This means that our website was up and functional for you to utilize 99.99% of the past seven days. Rest assured, our servers are not here in the office. They are located on the Amazon cloud, so no risk of the snow taking them out! However, our programmers are responsible for maintaining the servers and keeping them running smoothly, great job guys!
