New Customer Search Feature

We've made a few improvements in the Customers area.
First we changed the layout on the customers screen so that it shows both the Billing address and the Service address. Previously the Billing address was not being displayed.
The second change is that we have improved how you select a customer on the New Job screen and when you create a Job in the Dispatch screen.
Now there is a text box that performs a search while you type. The customer names and addresses are searched as you type. This greatly improves the speed when you have thousands of customers and it is quicker to find the customer.
